For a casino and hotel their customer service was less than helpful. The valet has been shut down and the front desk person said it is unlikely coming back anytime soon. When we were told there was no bellman and no body cleaning rooms we were less than impressed. If this was a no-tell motel we would understand. We were charged the full price! Covid-19 or not we did not get the full value.
