We had a bit of a rough trip with the air Canada strike so we were unable to arrive on the first day. Impossible to get ahold of anyone by email or long distance. They might have long distance disabled. If they didn't have mobile check in, we would have lost it and have no where to go. I wish there was someone we could have talked to about our situation. Our room temperature was locked at 28.5°C and even with the instructions it never went lower. The fridge was connected to the cabinet door and there was a gap so the fridge never got cold and everything spoiled. We couldn't really complain as we lost most of our days to the strike so we only had 2 nights. Otherwise, amazing area, easy for transportation. There's a police station right next door so we felt safe. The room was clean as well. We paid for breakfast through Expedia but never had the chance to use it because of our plane situation.

Was okay, breakfast had a variety of food and drinks. It’s walkable to the rhein river, parkhouse is directly under the hotel A brewery is next to it same as mcfit and police.

We try to park on the car park, no signs , no English, No signs in the lift finding reception. Second night could not get in to the hotel because the main door could not open and no one was at reception!

My sister and I attempted to stay in this hotel. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. The level of hygiene and cleanliness was far behind the acceptable standard. We’re shocked to find our room in a very poor condition. There were bunks of dust around the walls and under the bed and in every corner, around the lamps and desks. hair and dust on the beddings, the bathroom was very dirty the toilet seat dusty and had scaling. Dead insects and wasp on window seals. The air conditioning was not functioning. We reported the issue to the receptionist immediately and we asked the room to be cleaned they offered us a different room the alternative room was unfortunately in even worse condition. I refused to stay in this hotel because my sister has very sever allergy reaction to dust. The receptionist acknowledged the situation and assured me that I would be eligible for a refund. However, since I had booked through a third-party platform, I was informed that I would need to contact the hotel management directly to process the refund, as the hotel could not cancel the booking from their side without managerial approval. I’ve been chasing them for two weeks and still no response.

An sich war es wirklich super im Hotel gewesen. Es war vor allem sehr sehr sauber gewesen. Nur eine Kritik habe ich leider und das wären die Kissen. Auf denen konnte man ganz und gar nicht gut schlafen. Hatte dadurch eine sehr sehr schlaflose Nacht da ich nicht wusste wie ich mich hinlegen soll air solchen Kissen. Das wäre der einzige Punkt ansonsten war alles echt klasse gewesen.

This is a decent hotel if you can secure a good rate. My opinion is slightly impacted by the convention surge pricing, and at this rate this hotel is not a good value. The rooms are acceptable in size but lack some comforts that would add to the stay such as an actual place to eat food, microwave, freezer, multiple chairs, etc. The biggest issue is the bed situation. We stayed in a superior (?) double room, and instead of having 2 double beds pushed together with a layer on top to connect them, there were simply 2 beds pushed together with a gap which isn’t ideal for a couple that actually enjoys being a couple…this combined with the very hard mattress and limp pillows created a disastrous few nights of sleep. Not great if you’re going to be on your feet all day for multiple days at a convention. Checking into the room is a pain, they use a digital system with your phone that just didn’t work. It’s not all bad, it’s clean enough and it looks nice. It just feels like more effort is needed to make this feel like a great place to stay.

Jeg havde en god oplevelse på.Hotel Plaza premium. Vi ankom sent på natten og vi fik lov til at check ind langt før vi må. Det var vi meget taknemmelig for. Reception personale var suveræn, smilende og venlige. Hotel område var meget ren og behagelig. Vil sig en særlig tak til * Madam Hatice* Hun gør min / vores ophold meget komfortabel. Så vi kommer gerne igen.

Vi havde booket til 4 personer, det var kun dyner og puder til 3, den ekstra seng/opredning var i stykker og faldt sammen. Der var hul i badekaret på toilettet. Under sengen var der meget beskidt og glemt tøj og andre ting fra tidligere ophold. Da vi skulle ned til morgenmad, lå der decideret afføring på gangen og i elevatorer, samt en meget slem lugt af samme på gangen.
