This lovely 4 bedroom 2 bath, split-level home is the perfect home for your getaway! This home is equipped with everything you may need for your trip to Colorado Springs, including Central AC! Upstairs has a living room with a large Smart TV and the fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms can be found upstairs off the living room and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has an extremely comfy King bed and small smart TV, and a second bedroom with a Queen bed.

Heading down to the lower level you will find the 3rd and 4th Bedroom. Bedroom 3 contains a Queen bed and small Smart TV and the 4th Bedroom contains two Twin beds. There is a Jack-and-Jill Bathroom connecting the two bedrooms. A second Living Area downstairs allows for the group to spread out and fully enjoy the space. The Second Living Room contains the comfiest couch and large Smart TV, so snuggle up and enjoy a movie night! Or challenge your friend to a game of card games or Air Hockey! There is a laundry room, so feel free to pack light!

Plan a night to grill out on the deck and enjoy the beautiful backyard including a trampoline and playset for the kiddos. Light a fire on the propane fire-pit and toast some marshmallows with the family while enjoying the wonderful weather!
