Nicely renovated hotel in a perfect spot. Park and walk anywhere in Manitou or catch the bus to the incline. Great spot, very clean, room smelled good and the manager was very friendly, helpful and caring. Would stay again.

This place was great to spend the night before hiking Pikes Peak. My room was very large and very clean. It was quiet and close to town. I would stay here again.

I can't believe how modern and walkable this little place is for the price! The rooms seem to be newly renovated, and the having a separate sitting area (couch and coffee table) was a bonus. I would love to stay here again, for a longer visit next time.

Pikes Peak Inn was everything it advertised it was and more. We were within walking distance to downtown, all the shops and so many restaurants to choose from. Eli, our room attendant was such a sweetheart! I needed extra pillows, and she appeared immediately. The rooms were renovated and spotless. If you want a convenient, well kept, very clean place to stay, Pikes Peak Inn is your place to stay.

We absolutely loved our overnight stay here. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. Located near the town center and Garden of the Gods.

The remodel of the rooms is super wonderful. So bright and clean. This motel is vastly underrated. Walking distance for all th8ngs Manitou Springs. Just park you car for the entire stay and enjoy the wlks. The stop for the free bus is right out front.

OVerall room was very nice and clean but the AC/heater unit was quite loud. Nobody at the checkin counter. Had to scan a QR code and a few minutes later the manager arrived. Parking was adequate if you had a normal car. I wouldnt recommend with any type of camper. Parking lot was small but adequate for cars. The parking around the facility is outrageously expensive. Nice location, conventient to stores and restaurants.
