They blamed Hotels.com for just sending over instructions that say King Bed. We paid for the honeymoon suite with a balcony and jetted tub. They moved us, still no balcony. Their TV requires Internet to function. The Internet didn't work. Finally get in the jetted tub since there isn't TV, no hot water. We complained the next day and we were brushed off with, 'We will look into it'. Issues were never resolved. Then with no TV, we get to hear the people upstairs running around, jumping, and being so noisy. We leave at 9:20am to go get breakfast. Good thing we took our stuff, because we get a notice that says we have checked out. So they went in the room before 11am, which is check out. THEN we get a call. The woman states that housekeeping says we smoked in the room. We didn't. She goes off about how they can't rent the room because it smells like marijuana. I told her that's not my problem and check with the upstairs people that were up all night partying. She tells me there was no one above us and that she's charging my card $200 for a smoking fee. Jokes on her. I locked my card and told her to try it. They weren't getting a goddamn cent from me. Awful place to stay. Crazy person trying to call and extort an extra $200 from us. Stay TF away from this place. The toilet wobbled and slammed the wall every time you stood up. Fixtures were loose. Jetted tub was dirty and the water wasn't hot anyways. It is centrally located to enable you to get to all of the prime places to visits. We had a rental car but were moments away from the Dillon Mobility Hub to catch the free shutrle to the Manitou Incline and Pike's Peak Cog Railway station. We were close to so many good restaurants and shops also. This is also right next to the fire station which added an extra feeling of safety. The room was clean, the self check in process and room access was perfectly coordinated and the room was clean. The room/bathroom were a little run down but overall clean. Aber komplett renoviert, große Zimmer, sauber, und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit vielen guten Ideen, z.B. Lademöglichkeit am Nachtisch, Bügelbrett, gute Klimaanlage, großes Bad und große Dusche, etc. Kein Personal vor Ort, niemand, man bekommt eine Nachricht (SMS) mit dem Code der Zimmertür, und der geht dann dann ab 15:00 Uhr. Also kein früherer Check-In möglich, auch wenn das Zimmer schon fertig ist. Natürlich auch kein Frühstück. Und es gab in der Nacht gegen 1:00 Uhr morgens eine Unruhe vor unserem Zimmer, lautes Schreien, zwei Frauen und ein Typ haben sich verfolgt und anscheinend auch geschlagen, direkt vor unserer Tür kam es zu einer Handgreiflichkeit und jemand ist gestürzt. Es war sicherlich jeder wach, der in dieser Nacht hier übernachtet hat. Das Hotel hat beim Check-out nach einem Feedback gefragt, ich habe den gesamten Vorfall geschildert, leider hat sich NIEMAND hierzu wieder gemeldet.
