I can't believe how modern and walkable this little place is for the price! The rooms seem to be newly renovated, and the having a separate sitting area (couch and coffee table) was a bonus. I would love to stay here again, for a longer visit next time.

Most importantly, there was no front desk and no way to contact anyone. The number they provided hung up on you when you selected to be connected to a representative. I was able to speak with the cleaning crew when we checked in and they were friendly and helpful. But nothing seemed to work; the ice machine was broken, the a/c was barely functioning, WiFi didn’t work well which caused the tv to keep cutting out. The room was, for the most part, fine and cleaned daily but my wife was appalled that there was no door to the bathroom.

We absolutely loved our overnight stay here. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. Located near the town center and Garden of the Gods.

Very conveniently located and affordable! In walking distance of several cute shops and restaurants and right next to a fire station which made me feel safe! The room was super cute, clean, and modern! I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience at the Pikes Peak Inn. Not only is this hotel super close to everything you want to do but the management was phenomenal. We did not get utensils with our Doordash order. I reached out via text to the number provided and they brought us forks. How great is that for hospitality. Thank you Pikes Peak Inn for a great night in Manitou.

The remodel of the rooms is super wonderful. So bright and clean. This motel is vastly underrated. Walking distance for all th8ngs Manitou Springs. Just park you car for the entire stay and enjoy the wlks. The stop for the free bus is right out front.
