Property was not at all like the photos, upon arrival another guest was checking in and was told no visitors to room and was able to cancel. We tried to cancel and were told we couldn't becuase we booked through your site. Room was disgusting and very unsafe atmosphere. It was my sons birthday to visit his sister at USC and he began crying (HE NEVER CRYS) and felt very unsafe. We immediately departed to another hotel. I tried to have charges returned but they wouldn't and we never did anything in the room except make a quick u-turn out of the room. There was also a very strange individual hanging in the very small dirty lobby which pictures showed a different view. So, I had to spend way more then I budgeted for this trip, I feel like Expedia should cover cost to the hotel and not I as you represent this establishment. It is not at all what is shown, the sign right away on the desk is about no visitors and a very unwelcome feel. When I went to register and asked about my daughter coming and hanging out with us, clerk first said no while the other disgruntled guest was still in ear shot of our conversation. He changed his story after the other guest left, but by this point my son was already disturbed by the whole experience. I used a different card then the one I made the original reservation and I feel very strongly about the refund. Thank you, Richard Smith
