“飯店大廳非常的明亮寬敞，辦理入住時因為我到達時離可check-in 時間還差了兩個小時，但他們卻可以提早辦理入住，當然這是在我的房間已清理準備好的房間情況下，但我還是非常感謝飯店的貼心服務！ 從火車站出來，即使拉著行李走到飯店也是不遠，只花快十分鐘的路程。飯店附近的餐廳也有中國菜，離公車站牌也是四分鐘，非常方便。飯店早餐我沒有享用，所以無法提供意見，我非常推薦這間飯店。”

“We had organised to arrive at the property before the 3 o’clock check in and leave our cases but the lady at reception who let us into the building was very unwelcoming - the young lady that was there was very nice though . “È sempre piacevole soggiornare in questo hotel però ultimamente lo stanno trascurando un po' troppo ed è un vero peccato. Ad esempio per questa volta avevamo una splendida suite al piano Terra addirittura con due bagni però il bagno al piano di sotto non funzionava lo scarico del wc ed il bagno al piano di sopra aveva la vasca idromassaggio in condizioni pessime. Ruggine, calcare e muffa nelle bocchette e nello scarico. Peccato perché per ambienti, posizione e cortesia del personale andrebbe……
