“Our room was very large with a full kitchen. It had everything we needed and more. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect and in the heart of the city center. There was also a grocery store feet away. The staff was friendly and always responsive. We would stay here again.”

“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”

“This hotel is actually a student hotel. Location is good just near the Main station. There is a bar provide nice drinks even at mid-night. You can also refill water at the water machine for free.”

“The room was clean, but noisy. The toilet didn't flush well, I had to press the button for 30 times to do a flush. I like to thank the front desk staffs who helped me to check in and check out, they were all polite and friendly. The room attendants were nice too. I appreciated that very much. The terrible experience was from the restaurant. On April 18 local time. When I walked in no one greeted me nor asked if I wanted any coffee. I observed when other guests came in, the staff greeted……

“The hotel is very easy to access from the Central Station. Despite its location, there is no noise from the street in the room. The room is very clean and the breakfast were excellent. Will stay again if visiting Bologna again. ”

“Fantastic central location! Wonderful view from the balcony of our ‘family room’. No on-site reception, but prompt and friendly responses to all requests through WhatsApp. They do clearly state their limited reception hours but I got responses to concerns right away. Had a little trouble finding our room the first time but well worth the challenge! ( Interior gate is right next to Feltrinelli’s bookstore.) The family room is upstairs from the other rooms, hence the wonderful view. Basic……
