“Great place to crash while up there for an event. WiFi was spotty but not the biggest thing in the world. Some friendly cats hung with me and the wife while enjoying the porch. Would book again if I go again next year ”

“House has a very steep wet slippery wood ramp at entrance. Not much warning about that especially how steep & slippery it is. Red mud all around the house. And its not a cozy couple place as described. No trash receptacle to leave your trash, you have to carry it off in your car. We left and got a hotel. Messaging host wasn't very pleasant as well, had to ask she not contact me anymore. And this was our 25th Anniversary weekend. ”

“The whole stay was so relaxing and the cabin was so beautiful. Perfect for what we had in mind. It had everything we needed. We just had to bring ourselves and food. The cabin was very clean. We had a blast with the pool table. The back yard wasvery spacious and well groomed. It was hard to leave when the time came to pack up and go at the end of our stay. It was thebest way to start my 50th decade .”

“Hummingbird Hill is beautiful!!! Great place that matched the photos and description perfectly. You will be impressed as soon as you arrive in the area as it is situated in a gated, very nice community where you will feel very safe. It had everything you could need, including fully stocked dishes and cooking supplies…television in every room and WiFi is awesome even if you are in the mountains. It’s in the middle of everything so Asheville, Lake Lure and even Banner Elk are drivable. But……
