“The staff in the hotel is really nice. But I didn't expect the noise of airplane is so loud and the vehicle noise from street is loud too. The sound insulation can be improved. ”
“We had 3 rooms travelled for cruise. Accommodated 1 hour early check in for one room, excellent airport shuttle service - zero wait time at airport, clean well stocked room. Excellent front desk staff!”
“Quick check-in process, staff was pleasant. Room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Took a second to figure out how to work the remote control double blinds, directions printed out somewhere wouldve been helpful. Only issue was i could hear the person in the room above ours walking around their room in the very early morning. Woke me up and it was hard to go back to sleep. Hallway sounds from other travelers were audible also. Overall was still a nice place to stay.”
“The room is a total disaster. Broke and battered. Worst Scenario ever faced! Nightmare! Broken everything, the drapes, the electric wall plug were without surface plates exposing the socket , only one socket works out of 2! The shower slide door won’t slide, walls were dirty with lumpy paint tears down the wall. Furniture were aged and dirty and shinny from aged grease rubbing on it. Fabric were vintage and old. Flooring was dull and old . Insufficient lighting. Worst if worst experience!”
