When I checked in the TV was not working. Notified the desk but nothing was done. The shower control knob came off in my hand. Toilet was clogged, no plunger in unit. Happened at 10 PM so no one to fix until after 8 AM.

The 1st room we were put in had a horrible smell that made me sick, but they moved us to a better one. The pool wasnt working as the website had on there. No update that it was down online and that was whole reason why i booked there was to go swimming for the evening.

The worst place I have ever stayed at. Expedia said it was a double room and it was not.. My family of 5 and a dog had to stay in a single room for 5 days while a bunch of the hotels amenities were shut down without notice. The Hampton INN actually asked us to go to the sister hotels near them to use there pool when its -3 degrees out side and when we did they were shut down as well! Expedia said they could do nothing to resolve my issue because I was out of the cancel time line and would lose % of my cost on top of having to spend more for last minute changes to another hotel. Piss poor customer service on both ends Hampton INN and Expedia.

I double booked 2 hotels, tried to cancel my reservation with Hampton and they wouldn't allow it without charging me for the room and an additional fee. So we ended up staying at Hampton. The elevators made a really loud, scary grinding and popping sound as it kind of bounced down. The fire alarm went off at 4 AM on no fault of the staff, only a poorly placed fire alarm above the kitchen oven. Then it went off again at 6 AM. The staff were very friendly and apologetic about the situation. The one thing i absolutely couldn't get over was the terrible, obnoxiously strong perfume all over the hotel. I had to leave for a couple hours with the window open until it was bearable (it was so strong i could taste it and it ended up making me vomit a couple times). I've stayed in worse places though, the staff were great and did what they could to make our stay a little more enjoyable. I do appreciate their kindness. All in all, if it wasn't for the staff being good, decent people this would be one of the worst places I've ever stayed.

The only bad thing was the shuttle driver, he made us late for our flight and we had to eventually take a cab. The beds were super comfortable.

Unfortunately, my experience was not good. Throughout my five day stay, they didn't come to my room once to empty trash, or do any sort of room cleaning / tidying. I reported two burned out light bulbs on day 1. Those did not get remedied by the end of my stay. I reported a desk lamp that was malfunctioning by turning on randomly throughout the night. No remedy for that either. There was a morning where there was not enough staff to do the continental breakfast, so we had to go to a different hotel if we wanted that. Overall, never had a stay at the Hampton like this. Sorry to report such a bad review!
