Staff was fine, they did try to help. The room was not the best… bathroom was not the cleanest and under the bed was dirty. Also parking should be included with your stay. I have never stayed at any hotel that made you pay to park there when you have booked a room with them. That blows my mind!!!

Hilton is a great location to downtown and the university. Hotel is clean even during some construction. My only issues were the lack of signage when exiting the elevator onto your floor. Also our check in person did not explain the self parking very well.
