The location is amazing but the hotel is dated. The elevators only accommodate 3 people so entering and leaving the facility at peak times is challenging. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Great place. Super close to transportation and easy to get around. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was so helpful and super friendly. Room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Great place.

Liked the area. Liked that it was located directly across the street from the metro station… Also lots of shopping and dining… Very walkable area. Did not like the rooms with carpet…also the shower was very small…felt like a cruise ship. Water flooded out…bathroom light was not working-had to switch rooms. Restaurant was good…however, the waiters were snobby…wasn’t the most comfortable to be there… I was told I did not need to tip in Europe and they absolutely asked each time we ate there over the course of two weeks about adding a tip to the bill. The breakfast was good… However, the fruit was not always ripe… And the cuts of the watermelon were very very small… But overall was very good and something to pay extra for which was worth it in the end. If you do not have it included in your hotel price… I do believe it ended up being about $28 for an adult so may not be worth it unless you have it included.

We had major issues with the plumbing in the bathroom. The staff also did not come right away and we had to chase them to come and fix the problem. In the end, it could not be fixed and we had to be transferred to another room. The other room was good but there was still a plumbing issue, and the floor was soaking wet throughout our stay. The staff also tried to charge us for breakfast upon checking out despite it never having been included and us never having any. Overall, I wouldn’t return!
