“I had bed bugs in my room . I got in my car and drove over 3 hours to Hamilton, I got out of the car an noticed some bed bugs on my seat . This is appalling!!! I checked out early because of the filthy conditions!!!. I have had to wash the inside of my car , vacuum thoroughly, wash all my clothes in very hot water and throw away all my toiletries and a bunch of other things from my car . I need compensation for these items !!!? Do No Stay Here!!!!”

“Nothing to write home about, but clean bedding and bathroom. The building is a bit musty—carpets and so close to the water definitely leads to some humidity. Breakfast was very simple, but it was hot breakfast! It’s a great price for a clean place with breakfast, and with a nice view in the back. Note that there’s no fire pit anymore, at least not that we saw or had access to.”

While the bed and pillows were comfortable and clean we could have used another blanket on the bed because the air conditioner could not be turned down because the knobs to control it were missing. The woman who checked us in was not very pleasant and took offense when she asked for a credit card and we said Expedia had already charged us. When we discussed leaving and going else where she suddenly found that yes we had paid .”
