Welcome to the B Avenue Bungalows!

Come kick back and enjoy the island vibes in this newly renovated condo right in Coronado Village and also just a short 5 to 10-minute walk to Coronado Beach.

After your day down at the beach, stopping at the local restaurants, or taking a boat ride around San Diego bay, come back and chill out by the BBQ, or inside enjoying the smart TV or relaxing on the king bed.

Looking forward to your visit!

-The property is nestled in the famous Coronado Village, just steps to fabulous restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, and only a couple blocks from the famous Coronado white sandy beaches.
-We have a limited number of parking spots in a private garage for $25 per night, depending on availability. Let us know if you would like to reserve one! (The parking garage's clearance is 6 feet, 6 inches.)
-Freshly renovated, upper-level unit right across the bay from downtown San Diego with a king-sized bed. A queen-size sleeper sofa is available for 2 more guests.
-Enjoy the at-home movie experience with a 55" Smart TV in the living room.
-Enjoy the private bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen.
-Kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and coffee maker.
-Private, electric scooters are available to rent at the property to ride around Coronado Island.
-Relaxing patio out back to enjoy under the Cali sun.
-There is a shared coin washer and dryer at the complex for the unit.
-This unit has wall-mounted (mini-split) air conditioning.

Nestled in the famous Coronado Village, just steps to fabulous restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, and only a couple blocks from the famous Coronado white sandy beaches. You can also take a boat ride around San Diego bay.

We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and protect your stay:

-All homes are equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party partner. This system monitors the level of noise within the home to help us comply with Good Neighbor policies. This system does not record anything in the home – it only measures the volume of noise.
-To be part of the future of the Guest Experience, we provide the Guest Portal, which contains information like door code entry and wifi info, through the DACK application, from our third-party partner DACK, Inc. This application will need to be downloaded for our properties.
-Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We do provide make-up removal pads for your convenience!
-Pets are allowed at the property for $150, with a maximum of 3. Please note there will be a $200 fee if a pet is brought to the home without paying the pet fee.
-Lastly, please review our house rules. You will be asked to agree to them prior to booking. Note that some rules incur fees for breaking them:
---No parties on the premises ($200 free for breaking)
----No climbing onto the roof ($500 fee for breaking)
----We have technology that- ensures that our properties are continuously running smoothly. Please help us out and do not remove/unplug any hardware at the property, as this may incur additional fees.
----Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash and place it in the proper trash cans outside. Gray = Trash, Blue = Recycling, Green = Yard waste. Thank you!
No smoking • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM Quiet hours are from 10 PM until 7 AM. Out of respect for our neighbors with busy lives and families, we do strictly enforce this rule. Additionally, we do ask that even during times outside of quiet hours, you do not make excessive amounts of noise. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay with our 15 month old daughter. The place is actually much roomier than the photos show, the location is within walking distance of literally everything you would need or want, and the amenities are great. Highly recommend!

Coronado stay
The location was perfect and the added bonus of having a place to park made the stay so convenient. All the appliances and bathroom facilities were up to date and clean. The bed was comfortable and it was a quiet place I had some trouble with the electronic locking system, but the management helped me out quickly and simply.

Location was excellent for this property. Just a small walk to the beach and all the great restaurants and shops in Coronado. Coronado is a great spot and this condo is in a great location to enjoy it. Nice living space, clean, nice appliances and comfortable bed. My wife and I would definitely stay here again. Two small improvements: Shower & bathroom are small would have liked a bigger space to get ready. Renovations were going on during our stay but are likely just temporary, I would check with owner to ensure no surprises.

This was our third time staying in this bungalow unit. Location is perfect. Beach, restaurants, and shopping are all close by. Alan was great to communicate with and very responsive. Nice additions since first visit are AC, more mirrors, a dresser, luggage stand and wagon full of beach supplies. Looking very forward to our trip back next year.

Family Beach Vacation
Beautiful bungalow that looks just like the pictures and is in great a location. It was very clean and comfortable. There were thoughtful additions including a wagon full of beach supplies for each unit (towels, chairs, umbrella and sand toys). The host had excellent communication and prompt responses to questions. My family would love to return in the future.

B Avenue Bungalows
This is our second visit staying in Coronado and we really love these bungalows. Shops and places to eat are just a lovely walk from the bungalow. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. 5 stars all around. Thank you Alan for all your help in the booking. We look forward to our next visit soon.
