“The apartment was fine, if a little careworn. The location is not ideal for sightseeing. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. If you do not have a car, you will need to use Uber to get around as the nearest Metro station is a 20 minute walk away. It is quiet, except for the car repair businesses across the street. The rooftop offers nice views. ”

“The vendor had a lot of conditions prior to check in and ended up charging us more when I informed them that my two daughters would be staying with us, this was not on the website. There are two parking spots on the property for which they use a separate booking system. The spots were full of garbage and someone had defecated on a pillow in the spot. “Frank's condo was everything we could have asked for on our three-night trip to Montreal. Close to the metro station, as well as a plethora of restaurants, cafes, and shopping options, the fourth-floor condo served as a comfortable and convenient home base for us. “Great location and the space itself has potential, but the experience with the host and the condition of the unit was disappointing.
The host did not respond to any messages before or during our stay when we tried to address several concerns. At one point, a man entered the space unannounced saying he was there to fix the smoke alarm, which was concerning since we had not been notified. When I contacted the owner about this, they did not reply.
