Absolutely horrible
"I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay. It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay ..."

"So sad to see a what was once probably a lovely hotel now looking very tired and in need of updating. No aircon, marked carpets and tired bathroom. The only plus was the lovely receptionist who was very professional. When we arrived for breakfast, 80% of the tables had dirty plates and cups left ..."

"Excellent weekend getaway, lovely facilities and good options at the bar. Really convenient location and definitely will be coming back! I recommend using the spa facilities and making the most of your stay! :) All staff very welcoming and friendly"

Tranquil weekend break
"Stunning property in a beautifull location, only a stones throw from Bury St Edmunds, quiet and tranquil with all the amenities you need for a peaceful stay. Owner was on hand if required, loved the little touches of local bread, milk and orange juice, fab stay."
