"Concierge staff are excellent. They went above and beyond. Prime location. I like the gym room and the restaurant downstairs. Room is spacious and quiet. It lacks some basic supplies though like paper and pens, room service menu. Kettle and tooth paste were provided upon request. The only complaint is cleanliness in the bathroom. It's clean in general but I found some hair at the bathtub and shower area which should not happen. Overall, if I visit downtown Portland again, I'd like to stay at the same place."

"Room was clean. Breakfast buffett was great. Restaurant quality food Airport shuttle was timely and efficient. I returned rental car the night before so I could use the shuttle and avoid the rental car return mess and the very long walk to the terminal Would definitely stay again "

"The rooms are clean and very comfy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There are many good dining options within walking distance and if you are there on a Saturday the Saturday Market is a fun thing to do. "

The hotel itself is a well taken care of older building, so that means more room, thicker walls, and a tub and shower in many rooms. Every interaction with the staff has made us feel welcome and that they genuinely want us to have a good time. It's our favorite place to stay in Portland. "
