The valet was TERRIBLE!!! It sounds like a minor thing but I arrived at night in the pouring down rain with my young daughter and there was no one to help us. For $50/day, we had to unload and load our own luggage during our stay. The valet the next morning that was there did not move quickly (as is customary at most valets) and it took forever and they were rude. The hotel itself is beautiful and the restaurant that opened next door that is connected is absolutely gorgeous w. amazing food and service!! I will absolutely return to eat at the restaurant but the hotel was not impressive overall in terms of experience. It doesn’t have the customer service expected for the price. There are a lot of other options I’ve stayed at near by with much better service I will return to.
This was a beautiful hotel! We have all stayed in a Holiday Inn or similar, but this lovely place brings you back to the grand days of hotels. It has a beautiful entrance with well planned and decorated seating area. The staff is available and ready all night. Parking is expensive, but there are other options available. Our room was clean and comfortable. The provided toiletries were top notch. The desk attendant gave my husband a beer when he came back from walking our dog. He was stoked. Plus, they are not only dog friendly, but dog lovers. We give them a 10/10 and will definitely be back!
