“Fab location 3 min walk to beach, the house wasnt dirty but loads of cobwebs & damp. 4 1/2 bedrooms slept 7 of us no problem, kettle, toaster, towels, cutlery, fridge/freezer etc, no central heating only an open fire and gas heaters which explains the dampness, house is also very very cluttered, the house would benefit form a declutter, fresh paint and fix the damp and it would be excellent.”

“Zauberhaftes, altes Haus, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, unfassbar schöne Umgebung, absolute Stille.Uns hat es auch nicht gestört, das ab und an ein Insekt umherwanderte - das ist in so alten Gemäuern unvermeidlich - aber man sollte es wissen, denn wer das nicht mag, der suche sich lieber ein klinisch reines, neues Ferienhaus.”

“A short break, overall a good time had by all. However while the overall condition of the cottage was good it could have done with a real deep clean. Bedding was obviously used and the mattress was uncomfortable as you could feel the springs through it. Furniture inside also left a lot to be desired from a comfort point of view. No Wi-Fi. TV basic and small. Rooms small. But on the positive this is really well located to local amenities, fully enclosed large back garden was great for the dog....

“Excellent host, great communication. Cottage was beautifully decorated and spotless clean. Has more than you need. Everything is high quality. Appliances are good brands and all in good condition. Location is close enough to towns so there is plenty of good shops and restaurants yet the cottage is in a quiet natural environment. We woke up to birds singing. ”

“This house was AMAZING! Very roomy, great layout, unbelievable views and super friendly hosts! Caroline and John were very helpful recommending restaurants to eat at. We had 7 in our group, 5 women age 70 to 19, 2 guys, one 16 year old and one 61 year old. I can’t get over how beautiful and comfortable this house was. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Northern Ireland.Thank you to Caroline and John!”
