“We only slept here one night and immediately left for Dublin in the morning. It was clean and nice. We would definitely choose this again when we have more time to spend in Belfast. It was lovely to have a hair dryer provided. ”

“Felt like home. Very welcoming and included all the amenities we would need. Exceptionally clean and well decorated! Comfortable beds and furnishings. Close to public transportation and downtown Holywood. ”

“Such a gem of a home in the beautiful Holywood. Close enough to walk to eateries and train station and far enough away to be out of the hustle bustle. ”

“Property was as described T&C's stated we would have access details 3 days prior to arrival but this didn't happen. We contacted host and were told we would have them on the afternoon prior to arrival, this change was disappointing and unsettling as we have experianced catastrophic failure with other rentals so either the T&C were incorrect or the host was mistaken in delaying either way there was an breach of contract outside of our control and was unexpected and unsettling as less than 72hrs……

“Original reserved rental supposedly had a leak so we received an “upgrade”, it was actually a downgrade. We were supposed to have 3 bedrooms, this had 2. The hot and cold water didn’t mix in the shower head so you could only take a scalding or freezing shower. After my 2nd kid showered, we were out of hot water; my husband and I got lukewarm only. The house was cold, and temps/times could not be over-ridden. There was moldy bread in the cabinet, the trash bin outside was overflowing so the top……

“This was Home, away from Home. The Stone Cottage is awesome, cosy, with beautiful natural greenery view, all around. The Hosts were very welcoming. It was really lovely. We will stay there again, whenever we visit Belfast”

“We had a nice stay in Belfast. The location had a grocery store and pub within a mile of the home. The kitchen needed a few more items (dish soap, coffee maker, salt) and was adequate for making breakfasts. Note - the shower is TINY so if you are a larger person, this is not the home for you. ”

“Booked property for son’s Wedding.(party of 8). House beautiful underfloor heating.5 well appointed bedrooms with en suite’s. 2 lounges and a stunning kitchen. Owner very friendly and helpful. Location amazing in the countryside but only 5 minute drive to Banbridge. Would highly recommend ”
