It was so warm in the room.
It was 66 outside and close to 80degrees in the room.
Asked to switch around 6pm. Front desk guy said another room would feel the same. Around 2am, my husband went downstairs and asked another front desk person if we could switch. He let us feel the temperature of a room on the first floor. It was much better and we were able to sleep from
2-10am.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel has been finished to a very high standard. We loved looking at all the photographs, paintings and points of interest in the hotel. Some really thoughtful touches. Particular highlight was Drawing Room 2. The room is just beautiful and the cocktails at the bar were great too

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Every room was beautiful with so many gorgeous details. The place is an absolute work of art. We had such a warm welcome and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We couldn’t have had a better end to our trip and we will certainly be back.
