He clearly wants guests to feel welcome and is interested in helping them to find what they’re seeking— whether it be the best sites on the Ring of Kerry or the local laundromat! The room was clean, instructions for entry and breakfast choices were clear. We felt as if we were in capable, trustworthy hands here during a first visit to Killarney.”

“The location was very convenient. It was clean and we received room service daily. We were given our key on entrance and never really engaged with staff during our stay. We did not have breakfast so we cannot comment on the food. It was unusual weather for the location but the room was hot and our window only opened a small amount. It made for 3 uncomfortable nights.”
