There was no staff in the lobby after 6 PM, although it said till seven. There is no iron or ironing board in the room and when I called the customer service number no one ever got back to me. It was a lovely room, clean and very aesthetically pleasing. On the way out, the desk clerk at the lobby, acknowledged the issues. He said it would be looked into. According to my sources, it's a new owner. And they've done a lot of renovations, and I gotta tell you, beautiful! We could hear a TV and talking behind the office door but no one answered the door or phone. It was cold so we needed an exptra blanket. We used our coats instead.
