“The property is located in an area where I would never go or spend the night. Right across the street properties are boarded up. I was able to park my car behind a locked gate, but I don’t want to stay in an area where that needs to be done.I was waked up in the early hours by patrons of a club leaving. There were artificial scents in every room, which a lot of people do not tolerate. Myself being one as well as my other friends. The property photographs well, and it looks true to the photos. I……

Host response message, Yes, it was fixed; IT WAS NOT. Train track has noisy trains 75% of the day. Water leaking on the bath floor from flushed toilet, no tv remote, trash 1/2 full in trashcan upon my arrival, dirty dishes in sink prior to arrival, floors unsafe, unsteady bar stools, strong raw sewage odor,……

Centrally located and within a few minutes to all the downtown things we needed(Rhodes College for baseball, my son's hotel,) and we even spent an evening on Beale St. It was a quiet neighborhood for the most part. Private parking behind the building was convenient with easy access to the unit. ”
