"I really like this property! Everything that we wanted to do - Kayaking, Ziplining, Hiking, eating, shopping, was within about a 20-minute drive. "Beautiful location and plenty of things to do with teens. Nice lake, hot tub, the setting is beautiful, plenty of space and seating for a large family. Lots of towels provided and a nice laundry provided too. The lower bathroom needs some love and there are some minor repairs needed to make this property a smidge better but I would book again."

"Thank you! The home was perfect for us to hike at Hocking Hills. Also, super clean with everything we needed with a comfy bed. The hot tub (nicest and cleanest we have ever seen at other places we've stayed) and nice firepit in a secluded setting to enjoy. A perfect location to end our day hiking. We'll definitely be back."

"This was our 2nd time staying here. We made it a tradition to stay the weekend for our anniversary. It’s the perfect escape and we could truly unplug and relax. We took advantage of the peace and quiet and watched movies together, had wonderful conversations, and used the hot tub. Everything we needed was there and the host Brian is amazing. "It was ok. I've stayed in better and worse. 1. The hot tub didn't work the 2nd day and we were just too tired to call or deal with it 2. It was buggy- 3. There a mouse problem. I saw other people have brought it up so either it hasn't been dealt with or it's an ongoing problem. Mice don't bother me but there were dropping on the stove and counters. I wouldn't make food there. It was cute, we liked the decor and the quaintness"

"When you first turn on to Phelps road to get to your cabin you see the scariest, trashiest junkyard to the right , that is quite large and off putting. "The cabin itself was wonderful, just the right size for 2 people. The grill and accessories were dirty and needed cleaning. The kitchen had any dishes you could need. The bed, however, was abysmal!! We couldn’t sleep all night and ended up leaving at 5 in the morning. If the bed was replaced, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat."
