“We came to celebrate my son's and daughter's birthdays. The employees were thoughtful and helpful. Good customer service is so hard to find but every single person we met during our 5 night stay was courteous and helpful. We got 15 inches of snow in 24 hours and the staff was busy maintaining the roads, cabin steps and pathways to ensure their guests got to enjoy the snow rather than have it be cumbersome and restricting. The cabins are clean, well stocked and so nice and warm. The proximity……

“The hosts are super. Lisa made sure we had everything we needed. She communicated quickly and completely. She is very accommodating. The home is beautiful and welcoming. Delton and Lisa have thought of everything. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked. The decor says "rustic lodge" but the amenities say "high-end hotel." The grounds are beautiful. The cabin is surrounded by timber, a lot of it is pine, and pine smells so good! There is a large deck. The pictures do not do it……

“Stayed in Dawson House Lodge on our way to Portland from Crater Lake. Close to the north entrance of Crater Lake. A historical motel with good maintenance. Helpful staff. Provide free coffee. The Mexican food truck accords the street is amazing!”
