“Unfortunately, the room did not look like the representation in the pictures. We booked and paid for a premium room but were put in a signature room, which was very disappointing! The photos certainly make the property look a lot more luxurious!”

“Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.”
