We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well.

We really liked the convenient location, cleanliness, comfortable beds and bedding but did not like that one of the amenities mentioned on website was a restaurant. Unfortunately on the website for the Invermere Inn & Suites does NOT clearly indicate that the restaurant is closed every Monday-Wednesday (which happened to be the exact days I was there with my elderly & mobility challenged parents). This was very disappointing and caused my parents a lot of discomfort and stress. When we arrived for check-in the young lady working was definitely not warm and fuzzy but rather dismissive and cold. These two issues put a damper on our stay😔

I had a third floor room and the elevator quit working after I arrived. Having bad knees and using a cane, this was a major inconvenience. Staff started looking for a room on ground floor the next morning and found one. Staff was very helpful in moving my luggage. Settling in to the ground floor room, I find that the bathroom fan is rattling loudly and unable to use. The staff said that they have no idea when parts were coming for the fan or the elevator. I was disappointed with my stay here.
