There is also a great taxi service depending on where you'd like to go in Crewe or if you'd like to go further afield.

*No Parties or Events Allowed

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.



*Quiet Hours After 10PM

This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.



*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine

Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.



*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place

Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.



*Travel Cots & High Chairs

Travel cots and high chairs are available subject to availability and are charged at £10 per item per stay. Please request these in advance of your arrival.



*Stays Over 7 Nights

Stays over 7 nights require additional housekeeping for an £136 extra fee per week.If unpaid, the booking will be reduced accordingly.



*Online Check-In Required

To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.



*Check-In/Out Policy

Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)

Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour



*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver We require either:

A refundable security deposit of £440 (depending on property size), OR A non-refundable damage waiver of £44 per. night up to £170 (depending on length of stay)



*Pet Restrictions

Pets are allowed subject to a £100 fee per pet per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs or 1 cat
