“酒店洗手間去水有問題，沒有浴缸，沖涼位置，沒有圍邊邊，沖涼後大量積水在地板，妨礙客人再進入用洗手間及洗面盆，必須要改善。 本人已是住過四次，這個情況都沒有改善，因為地點太方便，才會再住。”

There were no spare pillows in the room (I don't want to have to ask), no toilet brush in the rest room which is fine if maid service makes a good job of cleaning the toilet; which they didn't. Beginning of mould in shower could have done with a deep clean in bathroom.No air conditioning in rooms really isn't good enough in this day and age. Also used for corporate clients/company retreats/training and they seemed a bit rowdy, need to actively manage……
