“Really lovely stay in Torchon. Perfect space for a couples getaway. Surprisingly well soundproofed. Nextdoor bar could be heard but not invasive at all. Slight downer was an issue with a leaking pipe causing the water and electricity to fail Sunday morning. Very impressive recovery! A large team were onsite immediately fixing the problem. Only a minor inconvenience that could have been much worse. Lovely room, comfy and everything we needed. Highly recommend ”

“The booking details shown in the Hotels.com app and in the confirmation email were not so clear. They did not mention or remind me that I had to pay at the hotel. I thought I had already paid online by debit card. At the counter, I had to check my bank account again to make sure there was no duplicate payment before I paid. The room, towels, and bedding were average; just a few hairs and specks were found. Breakfast was as good as expected.”

“Overall stay was good, but will be ask for a £50 pending deposit but will be explained before entering the room about the use of entrance and room keys what the deposit is used for due to previous guest getting keys muddled up with the wrong doors and having to call a locksmith. The host explained the use of the shower by using a switch to get hot water and explained about just flushing toilet paper in the bowl instead of any sanitary products that may affect the deposit. Other then that the……
