"This property was ideal for what we needed. Our son graduated VCOM with multiple ceremonies and we need a place we could all convene and celebrate. Proximity to downtown Spartanburg was ideal, and the space lent privacy to a small family gathering after the ceremonies. I had the party catered, but was able to host an intimate family style dinner celebration. The hot water was plentiful for showers and such. Beds were comfortable and inviting. Surroundings were serene and quiet. We spread out throughout the home and we were all very comfortable. Scott made himself accessible for our potential needs and was very responsive. I could not have asked for a better home for this event!"

"We were in town for Joe Nall Week at the triple tree Aerodrome. We had never been to Anderson but found this beautiful home on VRBO. The pictures and description is exactly what you get. The home is a hidden treasure on the river. Everything is immaculately kept and everything you need is there. Just bring your suitcase and a few groceries and you have a perfect getaway."
