“my wife and I spent 4 days here. we had a great time, the cottage is spacious for the two of us and our dog. the hot tub, bbq and other appliances were new and clean. The area is convenient and about 20 minutes from town. Would definitely like to come back. ”

“We really enjoyed our holiday at Avalon! The host met us to explain the property, and a little "Father's Day" cup with chocolates was waiting for my husband. Family visited us one day for a celebration and everyone loved the cottage. My son was all for booking it next year again. A few people have shown interest when we talked about our experience. “Terrible experience. Host never showed and vrbo dropped the ball on making it right. Had to self lodge for three nights of one week vacation. Then vrbo stuck me at some backwoods fishing camp. Still have not recovered refund or costs of self lodging when they assured me that I would receive both. Terrible customer service and overall vacation experience from hell. Never using vrbo ever again.”
