“Location was great, convenient to the market and close to the ferry dock. The driveway was daunting, but you get used to it - def need a jeep. The views from the place were wonderful, and we enjoyed cooking several nights, appreciated the grill! The place was well stocked and we absolutely loved having beach chairs and a cooler. Also loved the books and games ! Close to USVI national park which was on my list! Great stay!”

“This tiny cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway. They have provided a living room, full kitchen, bath with indoor/outdoor shower (screened in), one bedroom with A/C for sleeping, and a wonderful deck with views of the ocean. They provided beach towels, chairs, and a mini cooler for days at the beach. There is a grill on the front deck and chairs/table/umbrella and lounging chairs on the back deck out from the bedroom. “I was worried about how far away we might be from family staying in Cruz Bay - not necessarily the distance, but if it would be straight uphill. The walk into Cruz Bay was no problem and we did it many times even with our smaller children. When you arrive on the ferry with all of your luggage, I would suggest taking a taxi to the Samuel cottages, but after that walking is no problem.If there was a washer and dryer on sight, I’d say this place is perfect. I knew we wouldn’t have laundry……

“Gorgeous views in your own little house. The hosts are a family that live on site and you’re renting a small beach cottage on property. Totally private not weird at all. It’s a master bedroom and then a large living area with pullout couch. You have your own little kitchen, a little balcony and access to the pool. You’ll need to rent a car with four-wheel-drive to get there it is a steep hill to go to and I suggest the first time you arrive to arrive before sunset. St. John itself is absolutely……

The driveway is a bit tricky, but if you know how to do a 5 point turn you will be good to go!
