An over night stay in Crystal Lake before our big move to the East coast. Very good breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice location. Room is clean & spacious. Good parking. It was a beautiful last night stay in Crysal Lake after living there for 4 years.

The front desk manager, Justin, was super friendly and able to get me early check-in. The room staff provided fresh towels daily and emptied trash. The overall property is good and better than one close by that I had stayed at. I would stay here again.

Clean room...very quiet even tho we were near the elevator..good beds and plenty of pillows and towels.Only drawback was sofa sleeper..there were 3 of us so one had to use it...I know they're notoriously uncomfortable and this was true..it wasn't a deal breaker.Great breakfast and wonderful coffee.

Frequent traveler to this hotel so I want to say always like it here but this time the hotel seemed way cleaner and even smelled better it’s a value to mid range hotel and if they could just up the breakfast options a bit would be a five star all around. Maybe access to better water too for cheaper

First and foremost I want to give a huge thank you to Chris the property manager. We were staying for 10 days & I thought I booked the suite with the kitchen. I talked to her the next morning & we were in luck to get the 2 bedroom kitchen suite. She was so kind & gracious. The staff was so kind & helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, but the room could have been cleaner. Nothing was “bad” about the room, but it does feel like it’s past it’s prime. It’s a great hotel room for like 20 years ago. Now it feels older, with no USB ports available, an older TV with no smart functions and older colored furniture. Staff were friendly. No problems at all with service.
