The staff was friendly & the check in process was quick & easy. The room was clean & comfortable. The shower had dispensers for shampoo & soap but nothing was provided at the bathroom sink. The shower was in need of some TLC.

Nothing special about this property, don’t assume that because it branded with a major chain that the standards carry over. Our room was never serviced in the 3 nights we stayed, we also used the side entrance for our room and that had trash bags and overflowing trash can.

Walked into UNCLEANED executive room downgraded to room right next to exit door that slammed shut all morning. Best part is that front desk really tried their best to make our stay ok and was much appreciated! Grounds look like maintained team quit, dumpster overflowing and no yard work done for MONTHS
