Front desk person wasn't the friendliest. Key didn't work. Stayed in my room for the night. Room was decent. Only one outlet to plug in my phone by the bed. Had a weird smell as well. It served its purpose, but this will be it for me and Crookston Inn. Not guest friendly.

Additional charge for water park slide is wild.

Very nice room, excellent but for two obvious problems that should have been observed and reported by housekeeping to maintenance. Both were efficiently resolved once I requested repair. Front desk staff got through a difficult check-in (IT problems between them and Expedia). Staff were basically fine, but could definitely use some customer service communications training. Nice breakfast, very helpful person handling breakfast. I'd be happy to return, but at a lower rate

Super friendly staff and clean. The room needed some maintenance (lightbulbs needed to be changed, bathroom drywall tape peeling, etc.) The ad for the hotel gave me the impression that there was a restaurant onsite open and that was not the case (they serve breakfast and dinner).

I have been staying there a lot for school and this past time wasn’t great. The heater was blowing cold air and I asked them about it. The staff was amazing a friendly and came up and changed the batteries and rest it. That didn’t fix it. I had class at 6am and decided to just leave it. I mentioned to the staff at the desk in the morning about it and said to have it looked at before the next person comes in. The staff seemed like they couldn’t be bothered and couldn’t give me a discount. Other than that I have no complaints.
