Toilet was not secured to floor. Room smelled like sewage. I was moved to a different room that had adjoining doors. Very loud neighbors. I asked them to please keep it down, was told to to shut up. Went to front desk, and was trespassed by the Police. Lots of drug activity at this location. The Fargo Police officers acknowledged this.
