“En la aplicación ofrecen una cosa que es que va con aire acondicionado y cuando se llega a la estructura dicen que el precio que se pagó es muy bajo para tener aire acondicionado para que den la habitacion toca dar un adicional,en cuanto a los aspectos de la habitación el colchón era bastante incómodo tenía un plástico que no permitía tener un buen descanso ,aparte queda cerca a las calles principales por lo cual se escucha todo el ruido,en baño no contaba con una correcta limpieza la ducha no……

“I came only because as kids my parents brought us here many times. The rooms are old, breakfast is ok as always, service is just ok, many times slow. Hotel is clean, but there were no towels, we have to ask. The safe box didn’t work, twice a they have to come to fix it. We had great memories here, and because of that we came… but is a place that has not received any maintenance in years… nice to come, but I’ll never return.”

“Hotel management seems to have several problems. I did not complain in person to the owner, Angela, but she should be aware of what went wrong. When we first arrived, everything and the service were good overall. However, by the second day, everything became a complete mess. I did not ask for a refund or discounts, but I believe we deserved one. On our second reservation, we basically had to open the gate and choose a room ourselves. Our Christmas dinner was promised no later than 9:00 p.m., but……
