“10 out of 10. The room is very clean, the equipment is new and comfortable. Especially all the staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in Greece, I would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Fira as long as they don't mind the lack of views.”

“Obviously, it's an expensive housing. In return, we have high expectations. Unfortunately, there was no hot water and there was loud noise of machine in the suite. The service staff responded quickly, but this should not happen and happen hardly even in regular hotels. There was no any compensation at all. “出發前酒店會同我們溝通, 約定接待位置, 因為很多樓梯, 酒店會安排同事幫忙搬運行李, 很周到。房間很大,還有獨立衣帽間放行李箱，早餐選擇多, 天氣好的話, 可以在露台享用, 非常好！”

“We’d spent 2 nights in this hotel during the Easter holiday. The location of the hotel is superb because it just takes 2 minutes’ walk to reach Fabrika, the city centre’s bus terminal. We’d reserved one deluxe double room but had mistakenly chosen one without a sea view. Upon our arrival, thanks to the staff, Marinda’s assistance, we were able to……

“excellent room and facilities. Friendly staff and everything’s great!”

“We stayed there for 2 night, the location is great where have a lot of bar, cafe and resturant near by. It’s not far to walk to the small town like Thira. The room is very cozy, however the jacuzzi was quite small and it was located under the cave of the terrace, which we were a bit disappointed as it doesn’t like the photo of the suite that we booked. ”
