“I travel often for work and I've never had the pleasure of staying at a Drury Inn and Suites until very recently.
The Front Desk Attendant (Dharma) was wildly professional and very friendly. Her customer service acumen knows no bounds and watching her deal with a particularly difficult guest delicately and with kindness was truly remarkable.
Kudos as well to the other young lady but she kept her composure and provided her customer with the same level of service I received.
