The Wave is clean, recently remodeled, with a pool, several fire pits, restaurant, and bar. We stayed here purely to be near Lakeside and did not use amenities. Room does not have modern outlets for your computer devices so bring your power cords. Beds are positioned closer to the floor than most hotels which can feel awkward until you get accustomed to the height. Electronic security panel for entering your room (and the building after hours) might take getting used to. Nice dining room; a bit over-priced with above average but not great food. We don’t drink alcohol. Parking is sometimes tight due to restaurant but there are sufficient spaces if you don’t mind walking a bit. Gorgeous location. Too bad more rooms don’t look out onto the lake. Price is more than I like to pay but demand is great in the Marblehead area.
