We called and complained, and the front desk weren't able to move us rooms, due to being fully booked that weekend. I understand it was labor day weekend, but there was really no room to move us to? Front desk offered to send up maintenance to look at the unit, while we were gone for a family event. They called and explained they deep cleaned the carpet under the unit and……
