Stayed At Dallas Embassy suites at love airport…Couldn’t get anyone on phone at property. Even reservations tried with no success. Needed shuttle service to hotel- no luck. Also, could not get reservation for shuttle to airport the next morning. Was stranded with toddler. No consideration at all.

Had to stay last minute in town. Check in was simple. My dissatisfaction came with the room itself. It smelled moldy, and the main lock on the door did not latch completely. It had another connecting door to another room, that I did latch that (thankfully), as someone tried to open that during the night. Noticed also that the bed headboard was severely scratched up. The room needed to be fixed.
