Located in the historic district of Dallas, this apartment puts you close to all the city’s top attractions, including Fair Park, Deep Ellum, museums, the Dallas World Aquarium, Lower Greenville, and a wide variety of dining options. Originally built in the 1960s, the building now features modern touches throughout, offering a comfortable and stylish stay. Expect original foundation and layout. As a special thank-you, we include complimentary admission to the award-winning Dallas arboretum
If you are bringing a furry friend there is a $25 non-refundable pet fee. This helps us keep Airbnb's cleaning standards. Pets are also required to be crated if left alone while you are gone.

BEWARE!!! Bait & Switch!!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! BROKEN DOOR LOCK Door lock malfunctioned on the first day locking us out of the property after our evening plans and the host NEVER came to resolve the issue! She just kept looking at her iPhone app that was telling her the door was unlocked, but we were physically standing outside of the locked door unable to gain entry. The 2 hours we were in the apartment before we were locked out here are all the items misrepresented on the listing. Listing says it sleeps 6: LIE Sleeps 4 Accommodations are 1 queen bed, a pull out couch and an air mattress. Only provided towels for 4 even though it sleeps "6" Bedding for 2 Dishes for 2 Towel rack pulled off wall Bathroom ceiling is peeling and falling off from moisture problems. Host responds to chat, but mostly just to be contrary and unwilling to fix problems.
