Nice, cozy room for a wonderful price!

Room was located in a nice quiet area, and was reasonably priced! Room was very nice and clean, the hotel itself is very nice especially for the price, breakfast was a plus! Will definitely stay again!!

Check in took 30 minutes because there was only one staff member. He was kind to me but was obviously annoyed with another guest who needed new keys made. When I checked in, the police were escorting someone out of a room. There is no restaurant, bar or pool so really no amenities. The A/C worked but didn't blow consistently. Took a while for the room to cool down. The bed comfort was average but the room was very clean. Breakfast the next morning had a lot of options to choose from. Unfortunately the fruit was old and bruised. I won't be staying here again but the price wasn't terrible if you just need a place to crash for the evening and aren't looking to anything more than a bed.

Convenient location.

Our room was clean; however, the faucet in the bathroom was broken, the handle came out in our hands The lampshade was missing the knut on the top that holds it in place. The lighting in the rooms in this hotel is very very poor. The air-conditioner needed servicing It appears that management is trying to save money. There were only two tissues in the Kleenex box. The toilet paper was not a new roll, so I was very uncomfortable with that

Good stay

Pros: Staff, Cleanness, Location, check in/out, parking, Room size
Cons: Firm pillows please
Location: Steakhouse, CVS , 7/11 and several resturnats
Front desk staff are welcoming, Breakfast was hot, could be better but was just okay for 3 days stay the pillows were too soft, I asked for form one and they don't have it, I was about to buy from a store but could not find one that is close to the location ended with buying headache pills from CVS

Nice and helpful staff! Breakfast was great. Arrived early and they accommodated ours to be close to each other.

Cons: Front desk customer service. Extend breakfast hours to 10:00 am.
Location: Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza in Dallas is not to be missed. Babe's Chicken Dinner House has great, cheap food (multiple locations in DFW area).
Hotel is in a great location - only about a 15 minute drive to downtown Dallas and 30 minute drive to Fort Worth. Room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel front desk clerk wasn't very helpful; she did not explain where the room was located, what the Wi-Fi code was, when breakfast was, etc. I asked her where we should park and she acted like I was from Mars. She said "You can park anywhere." I pointed out to her that there was a sign in the parking lot that said parking violators would be towed and she said "It must be a new sign; it wasn't there before." The hotel provides a full breakfast which was nice, but it's only offered from 6-9 am on weekdays and 6:00-9:30 on the weekend. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice hotel, good neighborhood

The hotel was about 20 mins away from Dallas and was great. Accessible to the city but far & quite enough at the same time. The room was great. My only complaint is the lighting. If you turn of the main light then your phone won't charge. So we had to keep it on all night in order for our phones to charge. Other than that it was great.
