“The staff were all super friendly and responsive to any questions or needs we had. The hallways and window sills in the hallways in building 6 need dusting and cleaning. Our room was very clean although had a slight bad odor on entering. Welll supplied unit. ”

“Cozy, clean place polite stuff , very helpful. Nothing bothers one here, it’s the perfect place for a vacation. Acceptable price too. I recommend any one coming to Lake Geneva on a budget but also in need of healing, mental health or just to escape the routine , stress of the big city . Ideas for improvement Maybe inside the closet (under TV) a good wash insisting on the corners then a moisturizer wood cleaner /oil (Mr. Clean Lemon Liquid or Pine Sol) smell good too.. It gives one confidence……

The indoor pool and the pop up bar were at another sister location ‘the lodge’ down the street. I didn’t understand that at the time of my booking of 3 rooms for my extended family. Also while the indoor pool was fine, it’s in a spot that does not stay warm and it was uncomfortablely cold when getting out of the water. ”
