“It was pretty clean I wish they had an ice machine on each floor and a gym especially because there is no Anytime fitness in town it would have been nice to have something in the building even if it were just a few things to use.”

“Staff was great, clean room, clean full kitchen, near a target and Walmart, which is helpful if you wanna stock up on groceries and snacks. This place is great for families, a couples getaway or solo relaxing trip.”

“We loved our stay at Bella Vista! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the lake and wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My only very small complaint is that there was a gap on the bottom of the front door to our suite which created noise pollution from the hallway. ”

“All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. They have a reward point system that no one tells you about and good luck getting any receipts to submit for it! Highlight of the stay was not part of……

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“Just know this is set up for golf. Yes there are restaurants and a pool but you have to take a shuttle to them. This wasn’t completely clear”

“Room was clean and the staff were very nice. However the hotel was very overbooked (exact words from the front desk) and since we booked through Expedia we were bumped to a smaller room than what we paid for. No reimbursement for the price difference since we booked through a third party. ”
