"Room was clean and air conditioner was cold. It was fine for a one night stay before a cruise."

"Choose another property! We stayed at this hotel for a family wedding, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing with mishap after mishap. At check-in, rooms were not ready on time (by hours!) and the lobby was packed with people arriving for the wedding and related to a cruise. The lobby restroom was filthy. Once we finally checked in, we had reserved rooms with double beds, but were told upon arrival that none were available and were asked to “check back the next morning.” Fortunately one of the king rooms had a pull out couch but it took multiple calls and waiting in line at the front desk to get bedding and we were told there were no extra pillows (really!?! In the whole hotel you have no extra pillows). The carpets throughout the property were also noticeably dirty and sticky, and the front desk appeared understaffed, resulting in long wait times both in person and on the phone. The most concerning issue occurred when our room was serviced and turned over prior to our official checkout day! As a result, eight bottles of champagne were missing. Despite multiple in-person visits, phone calls, and text messages, the response was nonexistent and ultimately unresolved. We were repeatedly told someone would follow up, but never received a call from management. This level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. We cannot recommend this property based on our experience."

"I had a good time. Just remember, parking is limited and youaynhave to pay for overnight parking. Needless to.say this is very close to the airport this also comes with an inconvenience, airplane noises. The place is clean, breakfast is buffet style but you need a voucher per day. Some staff members don't speak nor understand English."

"Great stay. Second time we have stayed at this resort. Close walk to restaurants and shops wonderful sunny pool area and beach amenities. Valet parking was great but also easy to find street parking if you want to just pop in and out quickly but it’s not overnight. Lovely seating areas all around lobby. We had a room with a full kitchen which was great. A grill on the patio would be a wonderful addition. Daily housekeeping was great to have also."
