Room was beyond used and abused. Not very clean. Old heating and air not attached to wall. Shower drain was open and not covered. Window air unit taped to wall and cord just laying in floor. Staff was super nice at check in. Just an old rundown road side motel.

Nice people, simple place,nothing fancy.

You get what you paid for here. The check in clerk was helpful and gave us extra pillows. The room was ok. There are real mattresses...which we like and a very simple kinda clean room. We were there for one night and it worked well for us. There were also nice people around the hotel who talked to our kids and were nice.

The check in staff was the rudest most inept people I have ever witnessed in customer service. The place was horrible, the ac was crap and the room was unbearably hot. No amenities whatsoever not even a soda machine. No soap or shampoo or anything of the sort

The room and entire property was horrible. The room looked like it was furnished with good will cast offs including the bedding & curtains. It smelled horrible as well. We couldn't even stay there & found another hotel.

Absolutely disgusting! I would rather sleep on the street! The online pictures looked okay. But in person is appalling. I went through Expedia and had them ask for a refund. The owners said no to the refund of 7 days I had booked. I'm out $400. They don't even try to make this place look nice. There are not even towels. If this is your last option. There should be a rule for refunds if the place is not sanitary/ liveable. In my opinion the owner is very deceitful/ fraudulent. They absolutely refused a refund regardless of the complete dissatisfied. I have pictures.
