The hotel was recently updated so having a nice, large room, clean, room always a plus. We visited during bike week, so after riding all day coming back to a room to relax with an extra large TV was extra nice.

The staff were very polite, even recommended a local eatery for dinner (which was delicious). This was by far the best night sleep I'd gotten so far on our vacation!

The pool was cloudy and had a strong chlorine smell. It was hard to find someone at the front desk to check in, to get towels and to check out. That was weird and frustrating- not sure if they are understaffed. I was not impressed with the room, it was ok. The continental breakfast was good, the coffee was very weak.

The tub was quite dingy looking, none of the USB ports in the room worked. Lots of stains on the bedding. The hot tub and pool room looked dingy and smelled over chlorinated. The omelets on the breakfast buffet were cold. No chairs in the room, Coat rack on wall was loose and didn't dare use. Location was fine and room was otherwise clean, Overall was not on the same level of quality as other Hampton Inns, or other comparatively priced hotel chains.

The hotel is great! Very clean, good breakfast, tons of parking. Our only concern was that you can't make a left out of their parking lot which is fairly inconvenient but nothing the hotel can do about it.

Very musty/mold smelling when you walk in. Dry urine all over the wall behind the toilet and around the bolts of the toilet in our room. 2nd floor ceiling tile covered in mold. Rooms didn't smell as bad as the main lobby or halls. Staff quickly cleaned the urine once notified. Pool was cold and hot tub wasn't working. I think the smell was the biggest issue being someone sensitive to mold.

The outside of the hotel and the lobby area was nice. The staff was ok... Our room was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. The TV was working then it wasn't, we had to tell the front desk that the remote would not communicate with the TV, after most of the day it was fixed. The in room coffee maker lid was broken. The bathroom faucet sprayed water all over, the tub did not drain properly and the tub /shower area should be redone. The continental hot breakfast was cold, The Oat meal was cold and runny. The coffee in the room and the lobby had very little flavor, if any.
